Personal Financial Profiles, Inc.suggests that clients utilize Schwab Institutional Services for the purchase and sale of securities.  It is recommended, since its judgment is consistent with the Company’s. Clients determine actual selection of brokers.  The Company recommends Schwab Institutional Services, based on what the Company feels are the advantages of its national affiliations, networking among planners to discuss industry needs and problems, high level of due diligence, and ability to keep the Company informed concerning changes affecting the client’s holdings.

For any products for which Schwab Institutional cannot offer adequate service, the Company suggests other brokers based on their experience, reputation in that particular area of securities, and reasonable charges.  The value of products, research, and services given to the Company and/or related persons is not a factor and the Company does not contemplate the receipt of such.
